Positive Airsoft News … for once
I routinely will search Google News for airsoft related news and typically it’s a collection of dumb kids doing dumb things with airsoft pistols and rifles. Much to my surprise this morning I came across a positive airsoft story featuring a teen who successfully defended his home with use of an airsoft pistol, shotgun and flashlight.
The real shotgun (warning shot) probably did more to scare the burglars then the airsoft bb to the face but still, it’s a fantastic story about a very brave and cool-under-pressure 13 year old.
The most hilarious aspect of the story is the commenters (trolls) who turn this feel-good kid-beats-robbers story into a debate about gun-control, liberal wussies and Cheney references.
To recap, airsoft guns in schools to assault innocent people = bad. Airsoft guns at home which can be used to scare off robbers = good.
